Paris, August 21. Stringent precautions against cholera are being taken on the Fz'ench frontiers and at the sea ports. London,. August 21.

The Local Government Board enjoins vigilance against cholera upon riparian and sanitary bodies. August 21.

Cholera is not spreading in Italy. Only six fresh cases are reported and no deaths. At Trani five eases occurred, and there were two deaths at Barletta. All the patients at Auria, Bisceglia and Bimonto are progressing favorably.
