Bailey, S.M., giving judgment in a case, concerning, commission on the sale of property held that the 'mere introduction of a purchaser-to the seller was not sufficient to establish a claim .for commission. The agent to succeed in such a claim must prove that lie had really and substantially brought about.the sale. In the case under notice plaintiff had introduced a client, but- the sale had been made by another' agtfnt.
