ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
(Per Press Association.)' Whangarei, July 25. Chas. Henry Rackstraw, over fifty years of age, was found dead in a settler's stables.at Kioreroa earlv yesterday morning: His" horse was 'standing in one of the stalls. Deceased anS others left Whangarei on horseback on Saturday night for Tangiteroaia, where .Rackstraw has been living, and it is assumed that,; deceased was somewhat affected by liquor, that his companions left him in the stables to.sleep off the effects, and that ho died from heart failure.
