HOTELKEEPER JUSTIFIED.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, March 31. Mr Kettle, S.M., gave judgment in the case Police v. Ilewell, licensee of the Royal Hotel, who was charged that he refused admission to Henry Temple, a well-known educated man. The magistrate dismissed the case, holding that the licensee was justified in view "1 of Temple's conduct when staying in J the hotel on a ; previous occasion. '■■'*
