PRICES BOUNDING UP. [By Electiuc Telegraph—Copyright.^ (Per Press Association.) Received March 22, at 8.15 a.m. London, March 21. Prospectuses of ten rubber companies were issued to-day -with capitals which aggregate £2,500,000, and two oil companies, with capitals of £425,000, are oil the market. The Daily Telegraph says the high price of rubber has made some of the Para cargoes so valuable that there is difficulty in finding a sufficient market to insure them. Fifteen shillings per cent, was paid oii Saturday, while the ordinary, rate is four shillings.
