Renter's Athens correspondent reports that Admiral Pakenliam, commanding the battleship Triumph, anchored with other British warships at Phaleron and inquired during the light whether the mutineers should be treated as pirates if they approached the British warships. The Prefect of the Piraeus replied in the affirmative, authorising him to fire upon them in such an event.
