(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Otcober 31. The Labor Conference resolved to advise the Unions interested to hold a conference and arrange for obtaining oik* award for t-lio ivliolc oi tlio building trade. A resolution was passed protesting against the exemption oi Harbor Boards from the provisions ol the Conciliation and Arbitration Act. The Conference alfirined the desirability of establishing a Dominion Labor paper. The Conference was closed.
