September 4. .'. deputation from the Chamber of Commerce waited on the Minister for industries to-day regarding the hospitality to be afforded the delegates from the Chambers of Commerce'of the Kmpire. The Minister said that if his duties permitted he would be in Auckland when the commercial tourists arrived, so as to give them a welcome. Thev would be provided with free passes ore'r the railways, and would visit Hotorua, Lake YVakatipu, and other scenic districts.
