Serious misgivings ar<s expressed ill most countries at the Greek army officers' pronunciamento. The newspapers comment on the absence of further news and the rigid censorship in Athens. " [A cable message yesterday stated that the refusal of M. llalli, President of the Greek Cabinet, to receive a military deputation, who demanded the reorganisation of the army and navy, led to temporary disaffection in the forces at Athens. Five hundred and fortyeight officers and 3000 soldiers quitted Athens and camped outside. M. Ralli resigned. M. Mavromicliaelis lias been appointed Premier and Minister for Foreign Affairs. The disaffected soldiery were granted an amnesty by the new Ministry.]
