(Per Press Association.) Received September 1, at 8.15 a.m. London, August 31. The Armstrong, Whitworth Company will supplv the armament for the large cruiser to be laid down on November 1 at Devonport. Messrs Yickers, Maxim, :>ud Sons will provide the armament for tlie battleship laid down at the same iime at Portsmouth.
