MR BARCLAY DEFEATED. (Per, Press Association.) Dunedin, November 27. The recount (jives the following result of the polling : Thomson (0) 3382 Barclay (G) 3376 There were four cases of plural voting and twelve votes were rejected ns informal. Mr Barclav is dissatisfied, and d«niaml« a recount before the Magistrate. The plural votes were uncounted.
