Received January 6, at 9.10 a.m. Sydney, January 5. Two hundred pounds' worth of the jewellery stolen from Anthony Hordern's has been recovered. Four men have been arTested> for the Tobbery. Last vear 2845 persons arrived in the State under the Government's assisted immigration scheme. The colliery proprietors will place the whole of their troubles before a special court to-day. It is feared that unless the miners show a conciliatory attitude the proprietors will withdraw from the court Brisbane, January 5.
