Gently boil a. pound and n, h:i!f of mullet or bream in well-salted water until tlie flcsli is firm and white. For saute wash and chop finely some parsley ; molt an ounce of buter in a .saucepan, stir in a dessertspoonful of Hour until it makes a, smooth paste; stir in slowly a cup of cold water, and keep stirring till the sauce boils. .Add a pinch of Kilt and the parsley. With, carrots, cost 2. Koil the macaroni foT twenty minuter in plenty of water; strain, add. a pint of milk and some sugaT. Unil again until quite tender, and turn into a pie. dish. Stir in two beaten eggs and a pinch of cinnamon. Hake til! well browned. Cost, 4d.
