Gently boil a. pound and n, h:i!f of mullet or bream in well-salted water until tlie flcsli is firm and white. For saute wash and chop finely some parsley ; molt an ounce of buter in a .saucepan, stir in a dessertspoonful of Hour until it makes a, smooth paste; stir in slowly a cup of cold water, and keep stirring till the sauce boils. .Add a pinch of Kilt and the parsley. With, carrots, cost 2. Koil the macaroni foT twenty minuter in plenty of water; strain, add. a pint of milk and some sugaT. Unil again until quite tender, and turn into a pie. dish. Stir in two beaten eggs and a pinch of cinnamon. Hake til! well browned. Cost, 4d. To drink plenty of water is an excellent safeguard against constipation, and an excellent assistance to the medicine you may lie taking to cure that terrible-'disease'. It is terrible..
