In bankruptcy orders of -discharge were granted to Henry Gore, Thomas Neville, Helen Eraser, William Henry Welibourn, and William Kettle. The order was sus]>ended for 12 months in the case of James Hunter, and discharge is to stand over in the case of Thomas Chapman until he satisfies the Assignee about missing stock. There was a Jieayy fall of snow here this afternoon. OKRISTOHURGH. September 16. Midhael Scanlan, Ashleigh Lewis, and iWilliam Douglas -were (blown -to sea in an open .boat last night from Motunau. TSiey were' last seen .drafting due east, and their safety is almost despaired of.
