A. bulletin issued alt 8.30 this evening staites .thaft Mr M''Kinley's condition is not quite so good. His food .disagreed with him and was discontinued. The pulse was unsatisfactory, but has now improved. The wound is .progressing well. The temperature is 100.5, and the pulse 128.

'Received September 14, at 0.59 a.m. Washington, September 13. ■ President M'Kinley took coffee, toast, land chicken 'broth, and frequent ounces of beef extract. He merely complained of fatigue. Received September 14, at 1.1 a.m. London, September 13. (Mr Alvey Adee, second assistant to the Secretary of State, cabled to 'Mr Choote President M'Enley's deep appreciation of King Edward's messages. He made an 'ies!pecial anidl iearnest .acknowledgment of Lords Hopetoun's and Ranfurly's cables. Mr Adee said that these expressions of heartfelt sympathy from the remotest quarters of the wide British Empire, all springing frotmi brotherly interest, were warmly appreciated by the President's country.
