The storv which is being circulated about the intention of the Duke of York to give a present to the parents of every child born in Australia on the day of his landing is entirely "without foundation. Already a- great- many birth certificates have been received bv the Duke's Secretary. The Fecferal Parliament has adjourned over the Duke's visit, and will resume on Tuesday week. The Royalties attended the Mayor's reception to-night.
