You havo dono this at a timo when I was abßonb from tho colony by writing to my colleague, who knew nothing of our oorrospondonco, and when my return to tho colony was doubtful. lam not able at tho present timo to publish your letter and my reply, as both are lockod up in my desk Id Wollington, and thoro is no possible means of my gotting them until I return there myeolf.
