THE DREYFUS CASE.

(per united press association.) Received November 1, at 0.25 a.m. Paris, October 31. The leading Parisian papers approve of a revision of the Dreyfus trial. Dreyfus is now being accorded the treatment meted out to accused persons instead of that of a convict. The Court of Cassation has undertaken a preliminary inquiry in order to secure the possession of the secret evidence.
