Captain Edwin telegraphs to-day as follows: — Wind.—Moderate from between W. and S.W. and S. at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth, and from between N. 53. and N. and W. at all other places. Barometer —Very little movement northward of Napier and Wanganui, fall at all other places.- -Sea—Moderate on both' coasts. Tide coast of South Island, moderate elsewhere.
