Canaille re D." referred to a contractor named Dolfus, who supplied an atttachd at the German Embassy with plans of the Nice fortification, and not to Dreyfus. M. Deroulle, ex-President of the Petriots' League, an anti-semicic organisation recently disbanded, made an incendiary speech at a meeting in Paris to protest against a revision of the Dreyfus case.
