Captain Edwin telegraphs to-day : Wind—Moderate between west and south-west and south at all places during the next 16 hours, changing to strong from between north-east and north and west at all places southward of Napier and Wanganni after that time. Barometer — Further rise everywhere, but falling again at all places southward of Napier and Wanganni after 16 hoars. Sea—Moderate on western, decreasing on eastern coast. Tides Good on all western coast, moderate on all east coast.
