Trades and Labor.
(BY TELEGRAPH). Auckland, March 12. Tha Auckland Trades and Labor Council bare resolved to recommend to the forthcoming conference ab Wellington the adviec-wiCy of amending the Indnstrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act by making it clear that non-union firms can be cited to appear before the Board or Court, and that the method of recovery of fines for breaches of the agreement when filed in the Supreme Court be more clearly set forth.
