O (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (per united press association.) Received April 23, at 11.10 a.m. Melbourne, April 23. The Y.R.C. Committee have decided to increase the added money in the Maribyrnong Plate and Champion Stakes to LIOOO each, the second horse to take L3OO, and the third Ll5O. They have reduced the Sires' Produce Stakes from LoOO to L3OO. The stakes for other events were not altered. TheV.A.T.C. Committee have increased the distance of the Grand National Hurdle Race to four miles, and the stake to LIOOO.
