(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (per united press association.) Received April 22, at 0.5 1 ) a.m. Capetown, April 21. The Hon. C. Rhodes has returned from England. Replying to an address of welcome presented by the South African League, he said he intended to fight in a constitutional manner for the equal rights of all races south of the Zambesi.
