Fat Cattle.—l 92 head were yarded. The bulk were half-fat, with an odd pen of prime. Ihe latter were in good d.-xnand at fully late rates. Beat bullocks, L 6 IQs to L 8 7a 6.1; other?, L 4 I-7a to L67a 6d : best cows, L 6 to L 7 7« 6d ; others, L 3 oa to L 5 lJs.

Fat Sheep.—Only 1131 were penned, all prime ewes and wethers, and a >me extra heavy weights. Competition was brisk owing to short supply, and prices were firm at an, advance of Is over last weak. Best wethers, 10s 61 to 15s 3d : others, Sa 6d to 10s : besU ewes, 10s to lis 2d ; others, 6a to Sa 9d.

The waeafc market remains steady; though sales are difficult to effect at late rates there is no quotable change. Prime velvet, 4tld to 4s 2d: Tuscan, "a lid to 4s; fair to medium, 3a 9d to 3* lOd ; chick feed, 3s 3d to 3s 6d.

Oats.—Off-'rinsjs have not been so large a3 ia: usually the cuae at this time of the year, and yea prices show a decline on last week for all feed sorts, due to a certain extent to shippers at the Bluff quoting lower than jata can be purchased here. Prime milling Sutherlands, la IOJd to Is lid ; do ed, la Sd to la Ssd; inferior, Is to (sacks extra, net).

Barley.—Except when plump, bright, nd not ton closely threshed it is difficult to place malting at 3s to 3a Gd ; feed and milling'* 2s 3d to 2a 6d (9ack3 extra'.
