Dear Sirs, The report having been persistently circulated, both in print and verbally, that we having severed our connection with the Dunedin Brokers' Association, will be unable to dispose of Wool advantageously on account of the Wool buyers having positively refused to attend sales held by those outside the pale of the Association, it gives us pleasure to be in the position to flatly contradict all such rumors, which, it must be apparent, are circulated with the view of injuring our business. We need only refer you to the subjoined letter from the Wool Buyers' Association, and invite growers to attend our sales and judge for themselves whether or not we obtain the highest market value for all clips entrusted to us. Kindly note, Commission 1& per cent. and interest on advances on Wool in store 5 per cent. I take this opportunity of assuring Wool growers, that the foregoing statements have no foundation in fact, and that the Wool Buyers hold themselves entirely free to attend any sales they may think fit, and further, that they have no concern whatever with any disputes which may exist between the selling brokers. .
