Dunedin Markets.
The Mutual Agency Company report that prices ruled as under at their weekly auction yesterday : Oats.—There is no change to report, although as the season advances the tendency is downwards. Our auction sale was poorly attended, but we placed nearly all lots under the hammer and privately up to Is 8d for best qua ities ; medium to good, Is 7d to Is 8d - Wheat.—A slightly improved demand for fowls' feed, but milling is neglected. Wo sold to-day and during last week good milling Tuscan at 3s 7&d; fowls' feed at 3s to 3s 3Jd. . Barley.—Only feeding saleable at Is BJd to 2s. Potatoes.—None too plentiful and prices firmer. We sold Northerns at L 3 6s (cx truck). Chaff.—The market is over-supplied witn medium quality, which is hard to place. Prime is saleable at 52s 6d to 555. Turnips.—Feed being now more plentiful, prices have fallen. We sold to-day at 10 s to 10s 6d.
