(by telegraph.) (FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Wellington, September 10. The Foreign Companies Insurance Deposits Bill, which is another of the Government's financial measures, provides for cash or approved securities being lodged with the Public Trustee by foreign assurance and insurance companies. The deposit exacted from foreign life assurance companies is L 50,000, from foreign tire and marine insurance companies not less than L 5,000 nor more than LIO,QQO, according to the business done, and from foreign accident companies the same amount. Foreign companies with limited liability are not to be permitted to carry on life assurance business.
