AUCTION SALE. Messrs Vallange, Christie, and Co. report holding a sale of freehold properties and stock at Waitaki North yesterday, when they sold, on acconnt of Mr J. Gray, sections 42, 43, and 44, town of Glenavy, with blacksmith's shop, store, and other improvements, ac L2OO, to Mr Richard Pelvin. On account of Mr John Gray, section 50, town of Glenavy, at LB, to Mr John Henderson. On account of Mr R. T. Gray, section 83, town of Glenavy, at Ll4 15?, to Mr John Henderson. Taking everything into consideration, the above prices must be considered satisfactory. The sheep and cattle offered were sold at, full market rates.
