(FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON. July 20. The R M.S. Ruahine sailed from Capetown oil the 18th for Hobart, Auckland, and Southern ports. CHRISTCHURCH. July 20. The approximate sheep returns for the Canterbury and Kaikoura districts show an increase of 390,514 in 1892 over those of 1891.
