POLITICAL GOSSIP.
(from our own correspondent) Wellington, July 20. The Local Bills Committee report that the Oaniaru Racecourse Trust Bill is a Private Bill, and recommend that it be allowed to proceed with an amendment to clause 4. The Ocean Beach Domain Bill is reported to be a local Bill, and recommended to be allowed to proceed with an amendment to the first schedule.
