Prince Bismarck, in a speech at Dresden, said that he should never return to public life. Cabul, June 20. Cholera has made its appearance in Afghanistan. The streets of Saraks are strewn with corpses of those who have fallen victims to the scourge. Washington, June 20. The President lias offered Mr Chauncey Depew Mr Blaiue's place as Secretary of State. Accounts from Venezuela allege that Palacio, before his flight, took the precaution of emptying the Treasury and remitting the money to his personal account in London. He then left for Trinidad. The Government have suffered a heavy defeat at Guavere, several generals being killed.
