PASTORAL LEASE OF HALDON STATION TO BE SOLD AT AUCTION. ~jVTOTICE is hereby given that the Pastoral Lease of the undermentioned Run will be offered for SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION, At this Office; ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 1891, At 12 o'clock noon, Run 69, Haldon Station, Waimate County, about 19,238 acres. Terms of Lease—l 9 years and four months, fixed tenure, from November Ist, 1891. Upset rental, L 350 per annum. The lease, all cost whereof shall be borne by the purchaser, will be from the Canterbury College. The lease shall be subject to the right of the Canterbury College or the Crown to dispose of the freehold of the whole of the run or any part thereof by way of sale. Provision is made in the Memorandum of Lease to meet this contingency. Six months' rent must be paid on the fall of the hammer, four months' rent on May Ist, 1892, and thereafter half-yearly on the Ist March and the Ist September in each year.
