The jury in the Rockhampton conspiracy cases have found all the accused, except two. guilty of the charges preferred acrainsf them. The Judge sentenced them to three years' imprisonment each, and ordered that oil their release they should 'find sureties for their good behavior for a period of 12 months. Three of the men charged with rioting at Peaks Down received sentences of two years' imprisonment, one got two and a-lialf years, and two others IS months each, all titiding sureties for an additional six months' good behaviour.
