From the above it will be seen that Crown Prince is from the greatest prize-takers in the world, his mother being about the best mare ever produced in Scotland and his father ntvar having been beaten ia Scotland or New Zealand, Crown Prince himself ia a massive .horae with immense bone of the finest quality, abundant hair of the right sort, and combining fine quality and perfect symmetry, with great povvrr. ST«tF To travel this season In the Duutroon, Otekaike, Knrow, and Hakateramea districts, The pure-bred Clydesdale Entire OBLE M A N N Soblemon was bred by Mr Wm, Craig, of Wairoa, Wanganui; is out of Blossom, by Sir William Wallace, and Is now rising 9 yearß old. He is of a rich bay color, and stands fully 17-J hands high on Bhort wellformed legs; has immense bone and muscle, with p'enty of hair ; has a splendid temper and first-rate aotion. When 3 yearß old Nobleman took first prize at the Wanganui Agricultural and Pastoral Association's Show, 1883, beating three others—the only time shown. sir William Wallace was bred by Mr Campbell, Taieri, out of the famous champion mare by Kettle's Sir William Wallace (Imported), and took first prize at Oamaru, 1873 ; first prize, 1874 i second prize, 1875 ; second prize, 1876. Was not shown in 1877, and firßt and champion of Wanganui In 1878 and 1879, and htß gets speak for themselves wherever shown. Kettle's Sir William Wallace, bred by William Anderson, Esq., Klrkmichael, Ayrshire, out of Brisk, by Garibaldi. Ab a yearling he took first at Maybole, Klrkmichael, and Glasgow, and second prize at Ayr. As a two-year-old second prize at the Highland Society's show held that year at Edinburgh ; and when only three days landed at Otago took second prize against hojsea of all ages at the Taieri, although only 2J years old. Ayr and Glasgow, and also second prizs at Blossom by Prince Imperial out of Beauty (imported from Scotland), has taken many first prizes at Wanganui. and is a very powerful mare—showing the true characteristics cf the pure Clydesdale, Terms—l 4; groomage fee ss, payable at first service.
