He was by Campsie (119), winner of firßt prize and champion gold medal at the Highland Soalety's J-hcw. at Kelso, 1863, and alßo of the West Calder premiam in 1802, 1865, 1866, 1868, 1869; the Crieff and - trathearn premium* in 1563 and 1864, and the Highland Society's gold medal at Glasgow, 1567. Mr Walter Soott (797) was winner of firat prize at Hignlind r ociety's Show at Dumfries, 1860; also of the champion prize at the International Show at Bittereea. He was by Old I'Jyde, alias Clyde Boy (574 , by Scotsman (754). Prince Victor (652), grandsire of Wrigton, was by Prince of Wales (673) ; dam, Bosie, by Victor (892) by Farm** (284), by Glancer (333), by Young Champion (937). Prince Victor was champion horse at Timaru and Cuoedin, ISBO, and champion at Oamaru, 1882. Prince of Wales (673) is still champion horse of Scotland.
