The firms of Goldsborongh and Go. (Limited) and S. Smart, wool brokers, have amalgamated, and their capital has been increaaed by three million pounds. T. H. H. The ahip Diamond, coal laden, from Newcastle to San Francisco, sprang a leak and was beached at Waldon Island, where she became a wreck. The crew have arrived here.
