MAIL NOTICE.
Note.—Christmas Day falling on Sunday, Monday, the 26th. will be observed as a close holiday. Mails usually despatched on Monday will be closed at 9 p.m. on Saturday, the 24th iost, and a counter delivery of letters will be made from 8.45 to 9.15 p.m. the same evening: On Tuesday, the 27th iost, the office will be open from 9 till 10 a.m.
