Adelaide wheat, 4661b5, ex store, 36s ; , New Zealand do, 28s to 345; Adelaide flour, 2801bs, ex store, 25s 6d. Wool is ateady without active demand. To-day's catalogue comprised 11,300 bales. Received March 28, at 1,10 a.m. London, March 26. The weekly returns of the Bank of England shows the total reserve of notes and bullion L 17,900,000, a decline of L 40,000 during the week. The proportion of reserve to liabilities has fallen to 48 per cent. The market rate of discount has increased 3 per cent., and is now £ below the bank rate. Consols, 975. New Zealand securities, colonial breadstuffs, and tallow are without quotable change. The wool market is firm. To-day's catalogue comprised 9000 bales.
