There are evidont signs that the Forto is uneasy at Earl Dufferin's mission, to Egypt to conduct tho negotiations for tho settlement of affairs in that country. Alexandria, November 1. Baker Pasha is re-enlisting a numbor of officers and men who fought under Arabi to servo in tho Egyptian army which is boing dospatohed against tho Soudan rebels. Intelligonco is to hand that throe Egyptian Beys who instigated tho burning of Alexandria after tho bombardment, and subsequently oscapod, havo boon orrostod at Crete. London, Novomber 2. Tho Times to-day publishes a telegram stating that tho Egyptian Govornmont has proposed that Arabi should bo allowed to go into exile without boing tried, but that tho English Govornmont objects to such a courso.
