A fatal accident occurred in l the harbor on Christmas evening, a boat containing four men, working on the Lochagar, put off about 11 o'clock for the shore. . When nea,ring the riyer the boat's plug got knocked out, and the boat while filling capsized, The occupants held on to the boat till daylight, wh§n one, exhausted, fell off and was drowned,
