Fleming and Hedley will submit to public competition, at their salerooms, Tyne-street, seventeen sections in the immediate vicinity of the Town Belt railway station. The site is eminently suitable for villa residences, and wiU be sold on term 3 highly favorable ta persons- of small mpans. The terms are as follow Ten per cent. cash. If the purchaser of section erects a house of the value of LSQ 011 the same within three mouths from the date of his purchase, the remainder of the purchasemoney may remain on mortgage at 8 per cent, interest. If no such house is erected, 15 per cent, will be payable in three months, and the remaining 75) per cent, will be payable in five years from the date of purchase, the same to bo secured by mortgage at 8 per cent., the purchaser to have the option of paying off the mortgage at any time aftey the Ist Jfuly next, on giving one month's notice.
