Breadstuff's of all kinds are in ample supply. Adelaide flonr, LI2 10s to Ll3, and all Southern aorta about Lll 10s to Ll2. Oats are in excess of the demand. For milling qualities prices range from 2s to 2s 3d ; for feed, Is 9d to 2a. Southern bran is plentiful and very cheap, having been sold atL3 10a to L 3 15s, nor is the price likely to improve. TIM ARIL (BT telegraph.) November 26. Mr. Moss Jonas reports:—The demand for all classes of live stock continues active. Fat cattle are worth 223 per lOOlbs ; sheep, IJd to 2d, shorn. Flour, L 9 10s to 1»10 10s; feed oats, 13 3d; milling, Is 6d; potatoes, Is to 2s 6d per sack, according to quality. CHBISTCHURCH GRAIN AND PRODUCE REPORT. (From the Canterbury Times.) Transactions in thegrain market during the week have been exceedingly limited, and the feeling in almost every department is one of extreme quietness. The weather lately has been extremely hot, an-l in some districts a fall of rain would be acceptable. "Wheat finds buyers at late quotations. Best milling is quoted at 43 3d to 4s 3d, and extra quality a triSe higher. Inferior parcels have been moved at 3s 3d to 3s lOd ; chick, Is 6d to 2s 6d, according to quality. Oats are without the slightest alteration, and buyers continue comparatively indifferent. Best milling stand at Is 6d to Is Sd, and for feed Is 3d to Is 5d represent the quotation.
Barley is quoted at 3s 3d to 3s 6d for the best parcels, and lower grades in small lots have been sold at 2s Cd to 2s lOd. Feed lots ore quiet. Flour. —A fair business has transpired at the price, LIO 10s to Lll. Rye-gra--s.—Cutting in some parts has commenced, but the season is too early for the bulk. No forward sales of the new season's seed have come nnder notice. There have been a few trifling enquiries for small lota for shipment, but nothing of any moment has taken place. Dairy Produce.—Butter, 5Jd to ojd; cheese, 4d to 4Ad.
