AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS. Mr. A. H. Mande reports having sold by auction on Tuesday, 16th November, the following properties : —Freehold of section % block 20, Thames-street, with the Shamrock Hotel and outbuildings thereon, to Mr. Mathew fJrant, for the sum of L24GO. Also, sections 141 and 142, South Oamaru, to Mr. T. Addison, at L2O each. Messrs. Gillies, Street, and Hislop, Dnnedin, report having sold Mr. Wm. Hays farm, near Ngnpara, containing 250 acres or thereabouts, at a satisfactory price.
