(BY TELEGRAPHr) (FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Palmerston, November 4. I have just heard that Mrs. Rich has received -some internal injury through the buggy accident, an account of whic I sent you this morning. Although the doctor does hot anticipate any fatal results, Mr. and Mrs. Rich will be confined to their beds, for some time.
