The Directors' report of the National Five and Marine Insurance Company shows th.'it the receipts for Llie year, including L424Q 10s fr»m the previous balance, we're L1Q0,613 Is 6d ; expenditure for same period, L 73.149 is 7d; leaving £27,063 19s lid. Qut of this the Directors declared an interim dividend in March la3fc, which absorbed L5.00Q. They now recommend the payment of a further dividend of ten per cent., and a bonus of (3d per share, which will abaorb LSOOO ; to carry L 15,000 to reinsurance fund, which will then stand at L 50,000 ; and to carry forward L 2063 193 lid.
