A discovery lias been made of a projected attempt to wreck a train on the London and North-Western Railway. The police, Extending to information received, proceeded to a certain spot near Bushey, Hertfordshire, where a quantity of dynamite was found close to the line over which the passenger train was shortly to pass. No has yet been ascribed for tho intended outrage. The police are actively prpseciiting an inquiry into the matter.
