Intelligence has been received regards jrjg the afitiqn of the combined European fleet now at Ragusa, in the Adriatic, which has been sent as a naval demonstration against Turkey. The news is to the effect that Vice-Admiral Sir Paget Seymour, who commands, the ■whole squadron, has recently dispatched an ultimatum to- Ali Rizi Pasha, the comma,nder of the Turkisl} forces at demanding the immediate cession of that town, and district, to Montenegro.
