Blank pages not to be charged for. 4. Proofs a?d revises to be furnished in duplicate to the Registrar ot Electors, who will return the same to the printer within two days after being received. 5. Should the printing of the Roll not be completed before the Sth day of October, ISSO, the contractor shall forfeit the sum of ten shillings for every day beyond that date during which the work fchall remain unfinished. 6.
