These samples may all be described as full-flavored, fruity, aromatic Wines; possessing in a considerable degree that agreeable fragrance that characterises genuine They do not contain impurities of any kind. The perfect freeness of these Wines from every hind of impurity, the proportion of sugar and alcohol which they contain being quite; characteristic of unadulterated, unmanipulated Wine, together, with their rich fragrance arising from aromatic ethers, should strongly recommend them, aqd gain for them a good place in th§ Cc4aflial market. The Drying Rooms are now in full work, and the result has fully justified the expense incurred. THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT possesses a special feature in the introduction of local woods into the manufactures, and the successful sale of-articles of this nature marks the appreciation of the Company's efforts :in this direction.
